  • Medium: Perfect for back and combination sleepers—balances support and softness. Great for most adults and guest rooms.
  • Firm: Best for stomach sleepers and people over 200 lbs—provides maximum spinal support. Made with high-density foam to prevent sagging.

All our mattresses include a 30-night sleep trial (keep the factory seal intact for the first 7 days to qualify for returns). Email us for a personalized recommendation based on your sleep habits!

Q2: Do your bookshelves come with assembly instructions? Are they easy to put together?


A: Yes—every bookshelf (and coffee table) from wendym Store includes a step-by-step assembly guide with pictures, plus all necessary hardware (screws, brackets, Allen wrenches). Most customers finish assembly in 30–60 minutes without extra tools.

Q3: Can I customize the material or size of a coffee table or bookshelf?


A: Absolutely! We offer customizations for most of our wooden furniture:

  • Materials: Choose from solid oak, walnut, pine, or maple wood finishes (natural, espresso, white, gray).
  • Sizes: Adjust bookshelf height/depth (e.g., 4ft vs. 5ft tall, 12in vs. 16in deep) or coffee table dimensions (e.g., 36in vs. 42in wide).

Custom orders take 2–3 weeks to manufacture—we’ll confirm the exact delivery date at checkout. Note that custom items are non-returnable unless defective (per our Return Policy).

Q4: How do you ship large items like mattresses and bookshelves? Do you offer assembly?


A: We ship large furniture items via specialized freight carriers that handle heavy, bulky products with care:

  • Mattresses: Shipped in compressed, factory-sealed boxes—they expand to full size within 24–48 hours of unboxing.
  • Bookshelves & Coffee Tables: Shipped unassembled in reinforced boxes with protective padding.

We do not offer in-home assembly directly, but we can provide a list of trusted local handymen in your area (for a small fee) if you need help.

Q5: Are your room decor items suitable for rental apartments? Will they damage walls?


A: Yes—most of our wall decor (tapestries, floating shelves, picture frames) uses damage-free mounting options (command strips, adhesive hooks) that won’t leave holes or residue. For heavier items (e.g., large wall art, wooden shelves), we recommend using wall anchors (included with the product) for stability—these leave small holes that are easy to patch when moving out.

Q6: What is the warranty for your furniture?


A: We offer limited warranties to cover manufacturing defects (not normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage) for wendym Store products:

  • Mattresses: 10-year warranty (covers sagging over 1 inch, broken springs, and foam degradation).
  • Bookshelves & Coffee Tables: 5-year warranty (covers cracked wood, loose hardware, and uneven legs).
  • Room Decor: 1-year warranty (covers chips, breaks, and fading for non-custom items).

To claim warranty service, email us with your order number, photos of the defect, and a description of when the problem started—we resolve claims within 3 business days.

Q7: Do you offer local pickup for furniture items?


A: Yes! You can choose in-store pickup at our South Pasadena location (2050 ASHBOURNE DR) during checkout to save on shipping costs. We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready (usually 2–3 business days for in-stock items, 2–3 weeks for custom orders).

Pickup hours are Monday–Friday (10 AM–6 PM CT) and Saturday (10 AM–4 PM CT). Please bring a photo ID and your order confirmation email when you arrive.
