1. Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses, with specialized handling for large furniture items:
- Mainland U.S. (Contiguous States): No restrictions—mattresses, bookshelves, coffee tables, and decor ship to every zip code, including rural areas.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Full delivery coverage for all items. Large furniture (mattresses, bookshelves) incurs a $59.99 surcharge (covers freight to remote areas).
- U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands. A $79.99 surcharge applies to all shipments (covers extra logistics and customs processing).
- APO/FPO Addresses: We ship via USPS Priority Mail for decor items only—large furniture cannot be shipped to military addresses (due to size/weight restrictions).

PO Boxes: Only room decor items can be shipped to PO Boxes via USPS—large furniture (mattresses, bookshelves, coffee tables) requires a physical address for delivery.
- Before shipping: Email us immediately—we can update the address if the order hasn’t left our warehouse (90% of requests are approved).

After shipping: We’ll work with the carrier to redirect the package (fees apply: $25 for mainland U.S., $50 for Alaska/Hawaii). If redirection isn’t possible, we’ll send a replacement order (you pay 50% of the product cost—we cover shipping).

Express Shipping
- Room Decor: $19.99 flat fee (delivered in 2–3 business days).
- Bookshelves/Coffee Tables: $89.99 (delivered in 3–5 business days via expedited freight).
- Mattresses: $129.99 (delivered in 4–6 business days via specialized mattress carrier).
Express shipping is not available for Alaska/Hawaii or U.S. territories.Extra Fees for Special Cases
